Is there a charge for the service call?

Yes. It covers the trip and the diagnosis, and we tell you the amount when you book so there are no surprises. The repair itself is quoted on site before any work starts.

There was a loud bang and now the door won’t open. What happened?

Almost certainly a broken torsion spring. Don’t try to lift the door or keep running the opener; it weighs far more than it looks without the spring. Leave it where it is and call or text us.

Should I repair my door or replace it?

If the panels are solid and the problem is a spring, cable, roller or opener, repair is almost always the right call, and we’ll say so. Rusted-out or cracked panels, or a door that needs several repairs at once, usually mean replacement. You get an honest answer on site, not a sales pitch.

Which doors and openers do you install?

New doors are Canadian-made Steel-Craft, insulated and built for Ontario winters, installed by our own crew. Openers are LiftMaster, including quiet belt-drive and battery-backup models. We repair every brand, including builder-installed doors and openers.
